Relationship to client agreements

Nothing on this site amends or replaces a signed statement of work, master services agreement, or order form. Where a conflict exists, the executed contract prevails. Confidentiality is established through mutual non-disclosure instruments when appropriate.

Disclaimer of warranties

Website materials are provided for general information. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Fast Tech Solutions's aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars or (b) amounts you paid to us specifically for access to paid content delivered through this site in the twelve months preceding the claim—unless a separate services contract provides otherwise. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

Unless a written client agreement specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from use of this website shall lie in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, except that cross-border clients may elect binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association where contractually agreed.
